I’m curious and love learning, which is what I spend most of my time doing. I enjoy spending time with my family. I love winter and snow, and Christmas is my favorite holiday. Skiing is one of my favorite sports. I also enjoy singing, dancing, traveling, and making the most of every moment in life. I believe that our perception shapes reality, and by changing our perception, we can change our reality.
My journey in the mental health field began in 2012 as I worked as a psychiatrist in a psycho-neurological hospital, providing clinical care, supporting patients with complex mental health needs, and developing skills in diagnosis and treatment in an inpatient setting. At the same time I started Adlerian group training in Ukraine, where I gained a strong foundation in practical therapeutic techniques.
Over the years, I expanded my expertise through individual and group psychotherapy, as well as training and workshops in Gestalt, art therapy, psychoanalysis, psychodynamic, Family Constellations (Bert Hellinger), REBT, CBT, and other approaches.
From 2018 to 2022, I pursued a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University, completing my internship and obtaining my CMHC license. Also, I obtained a National Certified Counselor status. Currently, I work in two private practices, primarily with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, life transitions, maternity issues, anger, conflict management, and related concerns.
I am a fully EMDR-trained therapist, on the path toward certification, and integrate EMDR, DNMS, IFS, ego-state therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to provide the best outcomes for my clients.
